Jordy Bowman
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jordy has a demonstrated passion for working in partnership with businesses and individuals, and particularly First Nations peoples, to achieve their aspirations for their communities and countries. She thrives on driving collaboration between governments, businesses, communities and other organisations for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Jordy has extensive experience working across federal and state governments, Aboriginal corporations and not-for-profit organisations, specialising in community and economic development in remote Australia and transitioning economies. Through a variety of senior leadership roles, she has honed her skills in organisational systems and processes and change management through both establishment and growth phases.
Her passion for Aboriginal economic empowerment and supporting Traditional Owners to achieve their economic and community development aspirations has seen her based in the Northern Territory’s Top End for more than 10 years. During this time, she has established a strong and trusted network across all levels of government, peak bodies, Land Councils, industry and Traditional Owner groups, which she leverages to support client outcomes.
Jordy also serves as Chair of Jabiru Property Services Ltd.

Bec Johnston
CONSULTANT
Bec has lived and worked in the Northern Territory for over a decade, driven by a passion for helping local businesses and organisations reach their potential. She brings extensive experience in business administration, project management, governance and marketing, which she applies to support the aspirations of the partners she works with. Bec holds a Diploma in Business with a focus on Marketing and has completed Digital Graphic Design with RMIT University, reflecting her commitment to creating engaging, visually compelling content that empowers and amplifies the voices of people, businesses and communities.
She has experiences across diverse sectors, including not-for-profit, tourism, construction and hospitality, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in the Northern Territory’s unique environment.
Bec is known for her creative approach and practical problem-solving, working closely with partners to understand their needs and deliver outcomes that genuinely support their growth and community impact.

Rob Knowlden
CONSULTANT
Rob is an economics professional dedicated to supporting economic development in the Territory. He brings extensive experience in practical economic development, policy analysis, and project management from his work with the Northern Territory Government , including the Departments of Treasury and Finance and Chief Minister and Cabinet. His strong foundation in economic and financial theory is underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and further strengthened by a course in Forecasting in Business and Economics at Deakin University.
Having lived and worked in the Territory for more than five years, including a two-year tenure in East Arnhem, Rob has a good understanding of local economic conditions and the impacts of state and federal economic policy. He is committed to delivering tangible outcomes in local business development and working with a diverse range of stakeholders to create value and strengthen businesses.
Known for his open, honest and straightforward approach, Rob has built an extensive professional network across East Arnhem and the Top End, enabling him to help businesses understand and navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of the Territory.
